Miley Ray Cyrus born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23 in 1992 is an American artist, singer, and actress. Her distinctive raspy voice, her music combines elements of varied styles and genres, like pop, country pop, hip hop, experimental, and rock. With a total of 13 songs, Cyrus is the female artist with the highest number of US Billboard 200 Top-five Albums in the 21st century. The controversy surrounding her personal life, public appearance and appearances has attracted media attention. Cyrus was born to Billy Ray Cyrus and became a popular teen star when she portrayed the lead character in the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana (2006)-2011. In her role as Hannah Montana, she attained three top five and two number-one songs on the US Billboard 200, including the US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten single "He Could Be the One".
